1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are intended solely for laboratory and research use, we cannot accept returns or restock items once they have been shipped. This policy helps ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To assist our support team, be prepared to provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the claim and determine whether a replacement or partial refund is appropriate.

3. Lost or Missing Shipments

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution timelines may vary. After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment

  • Store credit

  • Another reasonable solution based on the situation

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not always eligible for replacement.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under specific circumstances, including:

  • Confirmed shipping errors on our end

  • Verified product defects

  • Situations approved by our support team

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or provider.

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

Order cancellation or modification requests must be submitted immediately after placement. Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot cancel or alter it.
